Spatz BURNR Light

The Spatz BURNR Light is brand new for AW25/26. It can be bought seperately and it is also bundled (free) with any new Spatz WINTR jacket. 

It is designed to clip beautifully over the top of our overshoes, socks, oversocks or jersey pocket or clip on to the dedicated loop on the new Spatz WINTR jacket. It has a magnetic clip fastening which ensures that it stays put as you hammer out the miles.

It is designed to clip on to your clothing and give you that little bit of extra safety. We must be clear that this is to be worn as an additional light and is designed to be used alongside dedicated cycle / safety lights and NOT as a sole safety light.

The new Spatz BURNR Light uses 4 powerful L.E.Ds which will run on flashing mode for up to 6h between charges. It has 3 modes (steady, flash, fast flash) and charges with the USB-C cable that comes bundled in the package. We have tweaked the brightness and uprated the battery so that it shines bright but also has great battery life.

The BURNR Light is engineered from reflective polymer fabric. When positioned on your clothing / bag or clipped on your overshoes or socks it is extremely visible to drivers. It catches the glare of headlights and flashes brightly.

The original design inspiration for this product came as Spatz Founder and designer, Tom Barras was walking his children to school one dark morning in 2024. He had samples made and clipped them to his kid's school bags for that extra element of safety on a busy morning's walk to school through Leeds. The samples were developed and improved many times to culminate in a product that was perfect to accompany them on their dark winter training rides and commutes (and Tom's kids still use the lights every day on their way to and from school)...

At Spatz we are lifetime cyclists. We are in the enviable position of being able to design and engineer the products that we want to use on our winter epics in the Yorkshire Dales. The BURNR Light epitomises this philosophy and adds an extra element to your ride or commute.
